I got a call from the doctor yesterday. I'll admit I panicked a little when I heard who it was - for some reason I had convinced myself I would only hear from her if it was bad news. But she said everything looks really good! Because of my history she wanted me to proceed with the followup bloodwork. That single data point from Thursday isn't enough information to tell if things are progressing or not, so hopefully today's results will confirm that everything is moving along like it should! You'll excuse me if I keep my fingers crossed until I hear from the doctor on Monday...
