The photo was not as belated as this post is - I kept hoping I'd get a better picture because this time of year is not good for having any natural light after work! But now it's too late to count it as his eleven month photo, so this will have to do. This month has just been more of Ben turning into a toddler instead of a baby. He has a second tooth, finally. He is a lot more confident in his mobility. He can stand up without pulling up on something, doesn't fall as often, and can move almost at a run. If you tell him to "jump" he crouches and stands back up, not actually getting any air - it's adorable. He eats almost everything despite his lack of teeth; out to dinner the other night he ate a whole hot dog, half the bun, and many french fries slipped to him by his grandma. He makes an adorable "pbbbb" sound when pushing around his cars - his version of vroom vroom. He did great on our trip to California, handling the change in time zones and routine better than we did! It is so much fun watching him grow. I can't believe we will be celebrating his first birthday in just a few weeks!
