Ben's First* Halloween

Ben was Bob the Builder for Halloween, and really got into it this year! We talked all about knocking on the door, saying "trick or treat," and getting candy. Then at the first few houses we went to, the residents were sitting in their driveways with their candy... This was no good! We had to find some houses where we could knock on the door before Ben was satisfied. He would hold the candy in his hands (not in his bag) until it was time to go to the next house. Then he would say "bag, Mommy!" and then "next house light on!" since we had to clarify dark houses didn't count. He loved it.

* Technically this is Ben's second Halloween, of course, but 10-month-olds don't appreciate the holiday like an almost two year old!
