The (Faux) Space Shuttle is Here!

The mockup of the space shuttle that will be living at Space Center Houston arrived today! You will hear various opinions about the fact that Houston didn't get a Real Space Shuttle, just a mockup, but it still seemed like a neat thing to go see. A full-size space shuttle on a barge coming through the Kemah channel? That's pretty neat!

The crowds got even thicker than this as the shuttle got closer to shore!

The helicopters excited Ben more than the shuttle.

Ben thought I was making him stand too close to the water for this picture so he is not thrilled.
