Virginia - Great Falls and Home

Monday and Tuesday we were back with the Mikkelsens! Monday we drove over to Great Falls for a hike and picnic lunch. It was a lot of fun to climb and explore by the river, and the weather was perfect. Juliet had been complaining about her ear since Saturday after the water park, so Monday afternoon I went to my 3rd urgent care of the trip to get her an antibiotic before the flight home on Tuesday. Tuesday dawned dark and rainy - good thing we'd done Great Falls on Monday! The boys all had fun doing batting practice in the garage while we took turns cuddling with Juliet and getting packed up. We had such a great trip after a bit of a rocky start, but it's always good to head home!
